At PSC, we believe that wine is not only for every person, but that for every person there is a wine. In our quest to make the best Arizona wines for an Arizona audience, “Trust Your Palate” is our motto for a reason. While awards and other recognitions are an important part of the global wine industry, we believe they can confuse or at least overly influence consumers. Other individuals’ wine preferences — informed as they might be — should not drive anyone’s purchases, likes or dislikes. Trust your own finely tuned, Arizona-influenced senses– whether you live here or are a visitor enjoying our State’s amazing beauty. Trust what you feel, enjoy the moment, love your family and friends, and drink our wine responsibly, be it here at the tasting room on the main estate, at home, or wherever you are.
