– PINXTO (:peen-cho) –

In the Basque region of Spain, bar snacks are called Pinxto rather than tapas or hors d’oeuvre.

We take great pride in our dough, using Caputo 00 flour, Corto virgin olive oil, PSC volcanic spring water, and sour starter fed with wine yeast.
